Business System Engineering's MS Agent and Media Player

• Microsoft came up with a character animation system in the late 90's.
• We tried using the technology on a virtual tech support character.
• It had the advantage of using the VP of technology's likeness.
• We video taped many expressions and incorporated them in to the gestures.
• We went over the top on this idea. One of the best I have worked on!
• Interface design that incorporates the newest technology, video, and 3D animation!
